Support Channels
We are always on hand to help you out with your integration or answer any questions. There are two primary channels via which you can get support.
Raise a support ticket
First and foremost you should raise a ticket directly with the help desk by clicking the 'Support' option in the lefthand navigation bar in the developer portal.
This will lead you to the helpdesk, just follow the prompts to where you can raise a support ticket.
